This Privacy Policy explains how Harshajyoti Das (“we”, “us”), as the operator of Talk to Krishna, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the site and chat.

1. Information we collect
- Details you enter: name, email, and phone before your free messages, and anything you send through the contact form.
- Payment-related data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount, and the email/phone used to pay. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank logins.
- Your questions: sent to our AI model providers to generate a reply.
- Usage data and cookies: an essential cookie that counts free messages on your device, a code saved in your browser after you buy a pass, and basic technical logs. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.
2. How we use information
- To run the chat, apply free-message limits, and give you an access code after payment.
- To answer support and contact-form messages.
- To keep a record of how many people the service has helped, and to send occasional updates if you have not opted out.
- To protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with law.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Kit (our email list tool), and AI model providers (to generate replies). We do not sell your personal data or your conversations.
4. International processing
Our providers may process data in India and other countries, under their own safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it where practical.
6. Your choices
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold.
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
- Clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
